How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

SunSite Pro is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store. Subscriptions, including cancellation, are handled in your App Store account settings, not inside SunSite. Open the Settings app, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel SunSite Pro.

How do I restore a purchase?

If you've subscribed before — for example after reinstalling the app or switching to a new device — use the Restore Purchases option on SunSite's paywall to bring back your active subscription. Just make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you originally used.

Where is my survey data stored?

All of your survey data — projects, customer names and addresses, photos, GPS coordinates, roof outlines, and generated PDF reports — is stored locally on your device only. SunSite has no account and no server of its own, so nothing leaves your device unless you choose to share a report through the iOS share sheet. You can delete any of it at any time. How do I get a refund?

Because Apple processes all payments, refunds are handled by Apple, not by SunSite. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com or directly from your purchase history in the App Store. If you're unsure whether a charge is correct, email us first and we'll help you figure out the next step.
